Profile: Qualified Big 4 ACA in audit before moving into a role as a Manager within their Corporate Finance division. First commercial role was Head of Group M&A for a multinational travel & Leisure business, leading to a Divisional FD role which promoted to COO, then MD of another division. Has PE and “healthcare” exposure gained within Consumer Healthcare.
Highlights: Delivered 30+ acquisitions to date as part of a wider plan to add 90 sites to the business. Led on all negotiations and debt & equity refinancing arrangements to provide a £200m flexible acquisition and growth capex facility.
