Will has been Head of Finance and Finance Director for some of the fastest growing groups in the country – PE backed Casual Dining Group and Acorn Care and Education as well as AIM listed CareTech PLC. This experience combines with over 100 completed transactions, valued at over £1bn, to give Will a deep understanding of how Entrepreneurs and Investors can leverage the finance function of their businesses to maximum effect.
Prior to his career in industry, Will studied Mathematics at Imperial College, London before qualifying as a chartered accountant in audit at Kreston Reeves and served as a manager in corporate finance at Hazlewoods.

Nick served as Group Financial Controller in PE backed Worldstores Group and Casual Dining Group, as well as holding a Senior Financial Management role in FTSE listed Dunelm Group PLC. Nick is passionate about working with finance teams and his experience of delivering a high level of reporting and modelling visibility in the demanding retail and hospitality sectors is highly valued by our clients.
Prior to his career in industry, Nick studied Mathematics and Business Studies at the University of Warwick before qualifying as a chartered accountant in audit at KPMG.

Since moving to the UK from Spain in 2013, Jairo has gained seven years of experience in financial planning and analysis within PE-backed businesses. With experience in FP&A Management roles for Casual Dining Group, Burger King and Soho House & Co, Jairo is a commercially astute financial analyst who is adept at delivering strategies which aid business growth.
Jairo qualified as an Accountant in Spain working in banking and studied for a Masters Degree at EUDE Business School, Madrid.

Project lead for FP&A systems commissioning and implementation projects.

Passionate about Payroll, Sarah has held a Payroll Management position for over 10 years as well as working in a HR capacity for over 20 years. Sarah has experience of system integration and project management and has studied for both CIPP and CIPD qualifications whilst developing her career.
Sarah is also the founder member of “Payroll Ninjas” a Facebook support group for payroll professionals with over 6000 members.

Dom has previously worked on investment fund reporting and financial modelling in the public sector whilst working at the Development Bank of Wales. He has experience across a number of financial roles, management accounts and FP&A activities within PE-backed businesses including Casual Dining Group and British Engineering Services.
Dom gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from the University of Birmingham, and qualified as a Charted Account in industry, as part of the Casual Dining Group graduate training programme.
