Profile: An experienced social care professional with senior strategic experience in operational management, project management, business development and quality assurance, with a particular focus on developing solutions and improving the quality of life of people with learning disabilities and/or autism who have complex and challenging needs. I have a strong values base and am committed to enabling people to lead a good life within their community.
Highlights: Built new respite provision for a Local Authority; developed new supported living schemes in counties across the south east and South West; built two new-build £3m schemes in the South East (one supported living, one residential); reconfigured an existing residential scheme to create a mixture of shared accommodation and individual flats. Successfully won tender responses to a number of local authority frameworks and won a contract to deliver care and support in a supported living scheme out of Authority.
